We are experienced in successfully conducting executive and retained search and headhunt assignments, both in-house and law firm.


Our clients know they can trust us to act with discretion and in their interests at all times. We work closely and collaboratively with our clients at every stage.


Stage 1: it is essential to invest time getting a clear and in depth insight into your business and the existing team, as well as the role itself. We explore in detail the experience and characteristics you require. 


Stage 2: this involves a comprehensive market mapping exercise where we utilise proven research techniques to map potential targets: no stone is left unturned.


Stage 3: we will go through the results of the mapping exercise with you and agree a shortlist, identifying those suitable for a targeted headhunt approach.


Stage 4: we make contact with the agreed targets - each is a highly personalised approach made by Neelam or Kelly, who are tenacious and quietly persuasive - before reporting back with a detailed note of conversations, including the 'push and pull' motivators of each target.


Stage 5: first, second, and any subsequent meetings (including panel, business planning) are organised. We remain in close contact with all parties in order to ensure the smooth running of the process and deal efficiently with any concerns or 'landmines' as soon as they arise.


Stage 6: finally, throughout the offer, acceptance, resignation and serving of notice stages, we stay close to all parties to ensure successful completion of the search.


Recent law firm assignments include Equity Partner and Head of Commercial Disputes (Birmingham) for one of the largest national law firms, Director / Head of Department for a boutique law firm, Real Estate Partner for a top tier national, and Head of Commercial for the London office of an international firm.
